Kira and David ELOPED! | Jekyll Island Destination Elopement Planner

Kira and David eloped!  YES!  They snuck away to Jekyll Island and got married on Saturday, May 21, 2011 at 3:30pm on beautiful and rustic Driftwood Beach.

And let me just tell you they were adorable together!  Kira looked stunning in her short white sundress of linen and lace.  The bodice was a scooped neckline with crisscross straps and a dropped waistline.  She wore white strap up the ankle flat sandals, but took them off for the feel of the sand between her toes during their ceremony.  She also carried a bright, colorful bouquet of roses and spring flowers and wore a flower in her long brown hair.  Truly beautiful!

David wore white cargo pants rolled up at the ankle and an ivory shirt.  The smile he wore on his face was unmistaken happiness to finally be married to Kira.

David and Kira were as excited as a couple of school kids about pulling off this “secret elopement”.  They spent the day out by the pool and beach before time to get ready for their elopement ceremony.  No stress…just fun and relaxation together!

A few cell phone camera shots were snapped during the ceremony so Kira and David could upload the pics to Facebook and announce the joyous news to everyone!

The love between these two came from God and I loved that they told me that.  I was indeed pleased to pronounce them husband and wife.  It’s Kira and David Garner from now on!
